Various initiatives and activities like State Level essay and elocation competition, Jadhavar Festival, Kirtan Mahotsav, Jadhavar sports festival, Adarsh Mata Puraskar, Bharat Ratna Dr. Baba saheb Ambedkar online lecture series, Adarsh shikshak puraskar are carried out. The students are given finanacial assistance upto Rs.10 lakh for research in the field of science under 'Jadhavar Science festival".
Under the earn & learn scheme every year 100+ students are given job opportunities in the Institute itself.
